Warm, efficient, dry, flexible design and customize finish. Inside or out.
ICF forms come in three different sizes. 8" 6" or 4". There is 2.5" of foam inside and out which gives amazing insulation value.
8" is used for below grade on basements or retaining walls.
6" is used for frost walls crawl spaces or retaining walls.
4" is used for frost walls or set on a slab for garages to be built on.
Both of these ICF basements were covered with decorative stone along the walkout side toward the lake. The inside can be finished by covering with sheetrock, paneling or some other covering .
